This year we have belatedly discovered that some of the tops of our
pellet bags have weak seals, which may cause some of your bags to
split open easily. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and have
corrected the problem. This packaging defect does not affect the burn
or low ash of Vermont Wood Pellets, so we ask that you bear with us if
